Gathering In Person & Online! FAQ

We’re Better Together, Even 6 ft apart!

This fall we are back at LSUS! We’re also live-streaming for those watching at home! Whether you join us in person or online, you’ll experience true community and honest worship. Here’s what to expect:

We’re excited to welcome you back to the University Center Theater at LSUS, Sundays at 10 a.m. They’ve invested heavily in technology and cleaning processes to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to practice social distancing.

We’ll also be live-streaming as well for those worshipping at home. Just as before, join us at for a chance to worship, chat, and share prayer requests.

Sundays, 10 a.m.

What should I expect?
The main thing to know is that we want to gather as safely as possible. LSUS is committed to intensive cleaning processes before and after our gatherings.

For our part, we’ll be practicing social distancing and making everything touchless, i.e. no weekly or coffee. Everyone is required to wear a mask or face covering throughout the gathering, and we’ll have disposable masks available for adults and kids if needed. As you enter, there will be hand sanitizer, temperature checks, and sealed communion packets.

To maintain social distance, alternating rows will be marked off. Everyone will sit by family units, spaced from others. Parents, we need your help – please keep your children near you throughout.

In the event that you test positive for COVID-19 after gathering with us, or if you are informed you were exposed prior please let us know so we can comply with contact tracing requirements. You may reach us at 318-734-8447. We will photograph the auditorium each Sunday to know who would need to be contacted.
