Rally Boxes – Neighbors Helping The Hub

Host or Locate a Rally Box to Donate Nonperishable Food to The Hub

HOW DOES IT WORK?
A Rally Box is a bin or box for collecting nonperishable foods for our friends at The Hub: Urban Ministries. The Hub operates a day shelter for those in our community experiencing poverty and homelessness.

There is an immediate need for filling, nutritious food to restock the Eatwell, their food pantry where dozens “shop” for groceries every week. Between now and April 7, we’re collecting soups with meat, canned fruit, granola/protein bars, tuna and other canned meats, fruit snacks, oatmeal packets, individual snack packs, peanut butter, and other filling, nonperishable items.

We would love to see Rally Boxes in every neighborhood ClearView represents!

HOST A RALLY BOX
If you would like to host a Rally Box where your neighbors and nearby ClearView members could drop off, sign up using the short form below. Fill out the form and we’ll add your location to the map. Pass out these fliers to let your neighbors in on it, and print one of these signs to identify your Rally Box. That’s it! Whenever your Rally Box is full, drop off the items at The Lovewell Center (605 Cotton Street) Monday – Wednesday, 12:30 – 5:00p.m. or contact Jessie at The Hub for pick-up.
