Talking about justice feels overwhelming. For one thing, there’s the seemingly infinite scope – What isn’t worth including in a study of justice? For another, it’s a strangely controversial topic. Some Christians think justice is a distraction from what we should be focused on and other Christians think justice is exactly what we should be focused on. But most of all, there is internal resistance. The realities of poverty and injustice are brutal, and we’d rather look away. But God is honored by our willingness to wrestle with the call to practice justice today. So our aim is for this series to be a biblical, encouraging, and action-oriented introduction to doing justice.
